Using Voice2Skill

Voice2Skill is currently in early beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we develop the product. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup. Accounts are personal: do not share your login or your paid access with others. Voice2Skill is intended for users 18 years and older, or younger users with appropriate guardian consent where required by law.

Plans

Free gives you a structured learning plan pointing to free resources, daily check-ins, streaks and reminder emails, at no cost. Premium adds the AI coach and the AI mentor for a fee shown before you pay. Bootcamp plans are offered through a tutor or organization, who sets the price; they include the AI coach and an AI mentor based on the tutor's syllabus, and your tutor can see your progress as described in the Privacy Policy. AI features have fair-use limits (for example, a number of mentor messages per day and per month), shown in the app.

Payments, access and renewal

Prices are in Nigerian naira and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Paystack. Each successful payment gives you access for the number of days shown at checkout (usually 30). Access does not renew automatically: when it ends, you return to the Free plan until you pay again. Paying again before your access ends adds the new period to the end of your current one. We may change prices for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use a paid feature because of a fault on our side, contact us at support@voice2skill.com with your Paystack receipt. We review refund requests case by case and process approved refunds through Paystack. For bootcamp plans, your tutor's own refund terms may also apply.

Bootcamps and organizations

Tutors and organizations who run cohorts on Voice2Skill agree to separate terms with us covering pricing, revenue share, payouts and the content they provide. They are responsible for their syllabus content and for any consent they need from their students.

AI-generated content

Learning plans, lessons, quizzes, coaching responses and mentor replies are generated by AI. While we design our prompts carefully, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Voice2Skill is a learning aid, not a substitute for verified educational sources or your tutor — always cross-check important technical information. A bootcamp's AI mentor carries the tutor's name but is an AI assistant, not the tutor.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Voice2Skill — including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, sharing paid access, trying to make the AI produce harmful content, submitting harmful or abusive content, or attempting to disrupt the service.

No guarantee of outcomes

Voice2Skill is designed to support your learning, but we do not guarantee specific employment, income, or skill-mastery outcomes as a result of using the platform.

Changes and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we end a paid plan for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of your current period. We may also update these terms as the product develops; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
